We are a crusiey kiwi couple looking for another cruisey couple to share our house with us.
Located in mosman park close to bloody everything form beach to supermarkets gyms ect! train station down the road just off stirling highway.
House is nice and big! the sun smashes the back yard and makes for quite the chilled out house.
Garage has been converted into a bar for a bit of fun and activity.
Room available has wall to wall wardrobe space split by a mirror and drawer set built in large room wooden or carpeted floors depending on preference.
Suitable housemates must have full time jobs (proof required) be able to supply a bond and two weeks rent up front on acceptance (dont mean to be harsh but there are some dodgies out there)
We are aged 24 and 25 so we dont mind of age just be a legendary couple or fifo individual!
