Mosman park is just inland from cottesloe bam smack in the middle of the river and the ocean. 5 minutes walk will take you to the following:
2 supermarkets, 3 bottle stores, Goodlife gym, Mosman park train station, Stirling Highway.
Cottesloe beach is a 20 minute walk or 5 min drive so everything is very close great location.
House:
Brick townhouse in the middle of mosman park. High ceilings massive rooms and ample space for entertaining ect. Backyard gets drenched in sun and is the best place to be most days. Will be chucking up a sun shade in summer with misters to bring the heat down a bit. BBQ and outdoor setting all in place. Garage has been converted into a BAR with pool table, bar, beer fridge and dart board! awesome fun when wanting to get away from the real world!
Room:
Massive room available to rent bed and side tables can be left in the room no extra cost if need be. One of the ewalls is an entire double warddrobe split in the middle by a set of drawers and mirror/shelves. Curtains and blinds to keep the sun out also.
You:
If your interested be a fun loving individual or couple that enjoy to socialise and have a drink over a good meal. we are not looking for room dwellers. social house bring your friends around and all that jazz no problem there. just enjoy the house and all in it!
Us:
Kiwi couple been here almost 4 years this house 2 1/2 years. both full time workers enjoy a drink at the end of the day and a goood chat with housemates. Casual and relaxed nothing to complicated :) definately love the beach in summer! BBQ and social summer people!
