Apartment to share with 2 nice French friends. This is a one bedroom with a single bed cosy fully furnished apartment in Mosman Park. It's easily accessible from public transport (bus or train with 2 stations) and 5 mins walk from the Indian ocean.
The Space
Good for short stays but great for longer stays in this particular room.
Guest Access
Shared bathroom and kitchen but both are very large. A huge kitchen with full facilities that guests are welcome to use such as toaster/kettle/pots and pans/oven and stove top/micorwave/fridge/pantry to store items.
Interaction with Guests
Myself and my friend live at the property and will be at the property 50% of the time. One of us is always contactable.
The Neighbourhood
Quiet neighbourhood. Very safe and secure.
Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants.
The location is extremely convenient. Fast food is only a 1 minute drive away, bottle shop and grocery store only a 2 minutes drive.
Getting around
The train is around the corner and 20 minutes in to the city. We have two stations trains "Mosman park stn" or "victoria street stn"
The bus will take longer.
Other Things to Note
Smoking is ok from balcony area.
