Close to Beach, perfect for summer, quiet and clean in MOSMAN PARK, Western Australia for sale

Hi i live in a small block of units, mine is a ground floor end unit so you dont feel like you are surrounded, only 1 common wall. The place is small but very comfortable and clean, im looking for someone who respects this and treats the place the same way. Definatly not a party place, there is a mix of some young professionals and elderly people in the block and i have never caused any grief... In saying that i dont feel restricted in what i do, its my home!
The place is in the perfection location..the train station is seriously 3 min walk away,5 mins into Freo, there is a large coles and shopping centre 4 min walk away, and the beach is an 800m walk. I have brand new queen Ikea futon mattress if you need it spare or otherwise the room is unfurnished, the rest of the house has everything you need to cook, clean, relax and enjoy..
OK, so the catch..i am a surveyor and work FIFO 8 days on 6 days off... What im looking for is someone on the opposite roster so we basically have the place to ourselfs and only pay half the rent... and i would prefer a female have lived with both in the past and ladies tend to be cleaner!! I know this is quite selective, however i have managed to find 2 girls over the last year who have fitted in and its worked out great.. they only left because of work rosters changing and the other one moved in with her boyfriend.. If i cant find someone on opposite roster i would potentially consider someone on a 2 and 1 or 3 and 1 roster.... If you see the place its comfortable for 1 or a couple but im a bit past being cramped with a stranger...
The only bill is gas which is every 2 months and averages over the last 2 years about 70 bucks each.. I had deals with the other girls where we would drive 1 car to airport and the other person flying in would pick it up that day which means you save paying for a weeks parking or cabs as well...
Im flexible as far as a bond goes.
