Miss Brazil, our lovely house-mate, is going back home, so her room is up for grabs. We're on the look-out for an easy going, happy human.
For $145/week (including bills, massive wi-fi, and a pool table!), it could be yours!
We are a young family full of energy and we're pretty busy. Party animals can go party... somewhere else! (been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.)
Speaking of animals... We have a cat, and she kind of runs things around here.
This is an AWESOME neighborhood, and there is a sport and dog park across the street!
Coles is 4 minutes walk... From here you could hit it with a rock. But don't. We keep it civilized.
Also of interest: I can see the Sushi Place from my window. The train is 9 minutes walk and the beach and the river are short walks away... Don't you love this place?

A: Yes! 2 weeks rent to cover any damage to the property or if you're late with rent.

Q: $145 in Mosman Park is pretty cheap... What's the catch?
A: It's an old house (clean, but still a blast from the past!). Small kitchen. One shared bathroom for everybody. And you need to like kids... But the location is awesome! (and so are the kids).
