We just got this big house in Mosman Park and we have 1 clean LARGE room available for easy going, happy people.
If you can pitch in $150/week (including bills, massive wi-fi and a pool table!), that would be appreciated.
We are a young family and we're pretty busy. Party animals can go party... somewhere else! (been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.)
Speaking of animals... We have a cat, and she kind of runs things around here.
This is a GREAT neighborhood, and there is a sport park across the street!
Coles is 2 minutes walk... From here you could hit it with a rock. But don't. We keep it civilized.
Also of interest: I can see the Sushi Place from my window. The train is 9 minutes walk and the beach and the river are short walks away... Don't you love this town?
Do yourself a favour and call us now, I usually like to talk to people before I invite them over to take a look.

Q: Do you ask for a bond deposit?
A: Yes! 2 weeks rent to cover any damage to the property or if you're late with rent.
Q: Is the room furnished?
Y: Yes and No... We've just moved in ourselves, so we're still getting furniture. You can bring your own furniture if you want, or we can get it for you (we'll pay for it) if you don't have any. We're pretty flexible.
Q: Can we use the kitchen?
A: err... Of course you can!
Q: $150 in Mosman Park is pretty cheap... What's the catch?
A: It's an old house (clean, but still a blast from the past!). Small kitchen. One shared bathroom for everybody. And you need to like kids... But the location is awesome! (and so are the kids).
Q: When can I come and see the place?
A: Call me now and we'll talk first. Then you should come ASAP before somebody else snaps it up...
