We just got this big house in Mosman Park and we have a few rooms available, like, yesterday!
We have twin 8 year old boys (and a cat) are we're pretty busy. Looking for active, easy going, happy, reasonable people. Party animals can go party... somewhere else! (been there, done that, bought the t-shirt.)
If you can pitch in about $150-$200/week depending on the room (including bills and 250G broadband internet), that would be appreciated.
This is a GREAT neighborhood, and there is a dog park across the street!
Coles is 2 minutes walk... From here you could hit it with a rock. But don't. We keep it civilized.
Also of interest: I can see the Sushi Place from my window. The train is 10 minutes walk and the beach and the river are short walks away... Don't you love this town?
